Clarington, Ontario – Clarington Council has approved the Clarington Corporate Climate Action Plan (CCCAP) to prepare for climate change and reduce the negative impact Municipal service delivery may have on the environment. Temporary traffic signals will be installed on Bowmanville Avenue at Energy Drive for the rehabilitation of the CP Rail Bridge, south of Energy Drive. The traffic signals will be in place from March 5, 2021, until November, with alternating single lanes throughout the duration of the project.
